This workflow changes page order and rotation metadata in a new PDF. It does not crop, redact, deskew scanned text, flatten forms, or alter objects drawn inside a page.

- Open one PDF and enter the desired one-based page order, including ranges or repeated pages.
- Choose one rotation to add to every exported page.
- Select Process, verify the output count and order, then download organized.pdf.
