KitLumi is a collection of focused utilities for developers and technical users. The name combines a practical toolkit with the idea of bringing light and clarity to everyday work. Each tool should open quickly, explain what it does, and state where the work happens.
What we are building
The current release includes 42 working tools for structured data, encoding and hashes, text, dates and identifiers, images, PDFs, QR codes, and network calculations. Forty-one run entirely in the browser; IP Lookup is the single API-backed exception and identifies its primary and fallback providers before a request is made.
How local tools work
A tool marked Local Only performs its core operation in browser code. KitLumi does not send that tool’s input to a processing API. A tool that requires a third-party data source is marked API-backed, with the provider and transmitted data explained next to the workspace.
Editorial and technical review
KitLumi Engineering maintains the interface, test cases, examples, standards references, and runtime disclosures. Update dates describe real behavior or content changes; they are not refreshed only to make a page look new.
