Cookies and browser preferences.
KitLumi has no account system or advertising scripts. Optional Cloudflare tool usage measurement requires explicit opt-in in the footer. Its kitlumi-metrics-consent local-storage preference contains only true or false and does not create a visitor identifier. Automatic Cloudflare page analytics does not use analytics cookies or require a checkbox.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
KitLumi uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to automatically measure page visits, referring sites, browser and device categories, and page performance. It does not use analytics cookies, local-storage visitor identifiers, or fingerprinting. Visitors do not need to select a checkbox. We do not send tool input, output, or filenames as analytics events. The previous Google Analytics integration is no longer loaded; its old consent preference and host-only analytics cookies are removed when a page loads. These aggregate statistics are separate from the optional tool-usage measurement described above. Browser blockers and network conditions may prevent measurements.
Theme preference
The selected light or dark theme is stored in browser local storage, not a cookie. The stored value is light or dark under the key kitlumi-theme. The JSON Formatter also stores its input locally only when Remember draft is explicitly enabled.
Future changes
If a future feature requires cookies or similar browser storage, this page will identify the purpose, duration, provider, and applicable consent control before that feature is enabled.
